NOTICE TO PATIENTS:
The Surgery Center of Highlands Ranch is a joint venture between physicians, SCA Health, UCHealth, and CU Medicine. We are required by Federal law to notify you that some physicians hold financial interests or ownership in this ASC. We are required by 42 C.F.R. § 416.50 to disclose this financial interest or ownership in writing prior to the start of the procedure you are scheduled to receive at the facility. A list of physicians who have a financial interest in the Ambulatory Surgery Center is available onsite.
